Gas

There's one full gas bottle, and one that's currently in use. If there's no hot water, turn the handle (video) to switch bottles. Then send this text to 0429814145:

“Could we please have a replacement gas bottle to 31 Denham Street. Thanks”.

Cleaner

Rebecca's due Wednesday 1 & 15 May. Her main job is the floors. She doesn't usually do the guest bedrooms but she should have time to do it, if you can get things like the dog bed off the floor (not furniture!)

TV

The TV is in the cupboard to the right of the fireplace. Be gentle opening the cupboard door.

Turn the TV on/off using the switch under the front edge of the TV, about 60cm from the right.

The black remote is for power, source, and volume. Top-left red button = power. Top-right black button = source. Choose HDMI1 for Netflix, Disney, SBS, ABC, etc. Choose DMP if you want to plug in a USB. You can plug in a USB to the left of the screen, bottom input.

Air Conditioning

There’s a squeegee in the shower. The towel rail is turned on - it’s heated and will dry your towel.

Hang the bathmats over the shower when you’re not using them - Jelly Bean sometimes shits on them for reasons unknown!

There’s spare toilet paper under the bathroom sink, and in the laundry cupboard.

Beside the laundry door (under the car port) is a keysafe. The number is 1234. Yep, really. You have to type the numbers again to re-lock the box.
